What is ICQ Plus ?

ICQ Plus is a great little freeware utility that allows you to create and use skinz for ICQ98 and ICQ99.
It runs on Windows 95/98 and Windows NT 4.X.

Change background images of dialog boxes (bmp, jpeg, gif images are supported)
Change main menu image
Change animation (set own animated gif or avi file instead of standard ICQ animation)
Change style of dialog boxes, buttons and other controls

Import and export skin files via zip file

Installation

How to install ?

Unzip ICQ Plus package.
Run Setup.exe.
The installation wizard will guide you through the install process.
Restart computer.
Select in ICQ main menu "Plus" item and choose skin or create your own skin.

How to use the skinz you have downloaded?

Choose Import then find your zip file.
Remember! Do NOT unzip the skin zip file! There's no need for you to do so!
